• Production Time: Your custom shirt will be ready in about 8 - 10 business days after you approve the digital preview sent via email, usually within 1 - 2 business days of placing your order. You have 24 hours to review your proof and make adjustments; otherwise, your shirt will proceed to production automatically. Emails may occasionally be redirected to your Spam or Junk folder.
• Shipping: Delivery will follow in approximately 3 - 7 days after production. Please take note of this recommended timeline if you need it by a specific date.
• Order submission recommendations for Christmas: December 3rd, 2024*
  *Please use the dates with caution! These are the suggested order submission deadlines for orders to be delivered by December 24, however, due to the surrounding uncertainty and shipping carriers experiencing operational problems, some orders still might be delayed.

• Machine wash cold with similar colors.
• Tumble dry low.
• Iron on medium temperature.
• Do not bleach, do not dry clean.

Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer's receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
